Final files are delivered in PNG or JPG via email, Telegram, or Drive.

Reservations require 50% of the quoted price. The reservation is held for 1 month or will be refunded if not completed within that time.

Quotes are only valid for 1 month.

Orders can be upgraded after payment; only the difference will be charged.

The illustration may be used for commercial purposes (book covers, shirts, merchandise, etc.) for an additional 15% fee.

PinUp (suggestive / sensual SFW art) will only be shared on Twitter.

PinUps must NOT show exposed or implied genitalia through clothing.

PinUps must NOT include exaggerated or explicit pleasure expressions.

References or examples must be SFW or censored.

If the editable PSD file is needed, it must be requested from the beginning and explained why, so I can work accordingly.

I will NOT provide a fully editable PSD for the protection of my work.

If the commission is for Vtuber or animation use, please notify from the beginning.

I do not design or redesign characters during commissions (except for reference sheets).

No discounts unless explicitly stated.

All commissioned characters must belong to the client or have permission from the original owner.

Each additional character and background will have an extra cost.

All of my OCs, including Kary, count as extra characters.

You may NOT draw/edit over my work (including WIPs or final pieces). Only Daily Sketches can be requested in PNG format for personal coloring (not for resale).

All illustrations include a visible signature.

Replicating, tracing, altering, or removing my signature is strictly prohibited.

Work is done in queue order, or based on client availability if needed.

A confirmation message will be sent before starting the artwork.

WIPs will be shared during the process.

Significant changes must be made before or during the FIRST base sketch.

Maximum of 3 changes/corrections per stage.

Additional changes beyond the limit or full sketch changes will incur a $50 MXN fee per extra change, which must be paid before completion.

If a sketch proposal is rejected, I reserve the right to use it.

Commission style may vary; sketches may sometimes appear more detailed.

Complex characters (wings, multiple heads, multiple tails, complex markings, alebrijes, cyborgs, robots, etc.) will incur an additional 20%.

Armor, mechas, vehicles, motorcycles, highly detailed backgrounds, weapons, etc. also add 20% due to complexity.

Reference sheets include only one character.

Commissions for specific deadlines must be stated during quoting.

Rush orders (10 days or less) will cost an additional 20%.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 9 PM (business days).

Please verify payment information; otherwise, I cannot proceed with your order.

Waiting time is approximately 1 to 6 weeks.

Due to my health condition, I take approximately 5 days off per month.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

It is NOT allowed to use my artwork for AI training.

Telegram stickers are delivered as PNG files with the required dimensions.

Stickers are Headshot or Halfbody; Fullbody or additional characters cost double per sticker.

USD is calculated at $19 MXN due to currency fluctuations.

Adoptables must be paid within 3 days or will go to the previous bidder.

If purchased with AB (Auto-Buy), a 1-week payment period is given.

Merchandise shipping is quoted separately and is NOT included in the item price. Approximate prices:

Terms and Conditions may be updated over time based on experience, to improve service quality and workflow.

The waiting time has exceeded 3 months.

You paid 50% but were unable to complete the full payment within the estimated time.

Due to personal reasons, only if no WIP has been delivered.

You made an incorrect or incomplete payment.

You are unable to pay for merchandise shipping.

If the client is rude, impatient, or threatening in any way, a refund may be issued at my discretion and the client may be added to my blacklist.
